Frequently Asked Questions
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Returns on physical artworks & bleach tees?
Every physical artwork and commission is handled with care and I hope to communicate full transparency with you prior to the finish of the project. All sales of physical works are final except in certain situations which can be discussed via email at mirandasketchart@gmail.com.
If there is a defect with your bleach tee, I will discuss returns. I am not liable if the size does not fit - full descriptions are available to provide clarity and help make informed decisions before buying.
Returns on tech accessories, merch, and visual therapy?
Returns are processed through a third party. The return address should be provided to you once you start your return and the company will decide on a course of action after receiving the product. These return requests are out of my hands.
Rights and Copyright
I retain all rights to all artwork that I create which includes rights to images of pieces I have sold and originals I have created. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created by myself. No collector nor buyer may reproduce any artworks in any ways without my explicit written permission.
Contract
I have a fully detailed contract that I go over with my clients prior to any work being started. I will not move forward with any project until the contract is signed and the client understands the terms.

How long does it take to receive my commissioned piece?
Time ranges for finishing commissions depends on the type of commission and will be discussed/agreed upon prior to starting the project. My minimum turn around for a painting or watercolor is three months.

- Paintings and watercolors are priced based off of square inches
- Murals are priced per square foot + planning time and materials
- Digital works are priced based off of an hourly rate of $50/hr
CUSTOM STATIONERY QUESTIONS
How does this process work?
You can reach out to me directly at mirandasketchart@gmail.com or submit a contact form under the "Get In Touch" tab. Once I receive an initial inquiry from you, we will hop on a consultation call so I can get a better feel for what exactly you are looking for, your budget, and time frame. After that, we will pick the items in your package and I will get started! I create 2 designs to choose from for the main invitation and from there, your other materials will be designed. More items can be added on at a later time if you decide. I will be in constant communication with you throughout the whole project so you will know what to expect and when to expect it.
Revisions
What counts as a revision? Any physical change made to the project including layout, fonts used, wording, or file size changes. Your first three revisions are free, after that a charge of $50/per will be reflected on your final invoice. Re-drawing any design will result in an upcharge.
How does the payment process work?
Once we decide on exactly what items you will need for your event, I will create an initial invoice. The first 50% of the payment will be due two weeks after the initial invoice is sent. The remaining 50% will be due two weeks after the final invoice is sent. Please be aware that if you add additional items in the middle of the process, or if I as the designer has to pay for shipping costs, those extra costs will be reflected in the final invoice.
LOGOS/BRANDING QUESTIONS
How does this process work?
Once I receive an initial inquiry from you, we will hop on a consultation call to discuss specifics. I offer three packages to help your company stand out in a sea of logos. There is a 2 month minimum turn around on "The Basics" and "The Extras" packages and a 3 month minimum on "The Real Deal" package. Pricing can be found in the "logos/branding" portion under the "Portfolio" tab. After we set a time frame for completion, I will create a calendar of meeting dates to discuss the work with you as I complete it.
Logo Design Changes/Revisions
All logos I create are custom to the client and original artworks. Any similarities seen with your logo and other's are purely coincidental. Revisions are any physical changes made to the project including lettering, changign the logo, or blending two logos together. If you want a new logo design altogether, it will trigger an up-charge. Your first three revisions are free and after that, a charge of $50/revision will be charged.
How does the payment process work?
After we discuss your needs and agree on a time frame, I will create an initial invoice. The first 50% of the payment will be due two weeks after the initial invoice is sent. The remaining 50% will be due two weeks after the final invoice is sent. Please be aware that if you add additional items in the middle of the process they will be reflected in the final invoice.
